We each have a short time to be of service - use it well. Heal ourselves. Be available to help others heal and thrive. Be gentle through it all.
Appreciate that we are on earth this amazing time in history. Have compassion for the people we meet every day. Forgive them and yourself for the hard times you sometimes give one and other. Be humble to the notion that you don't know everything and that your world can change in a split second. Have understanding for our time here is about learning and finding out the truth about ourself. And finally acting out our hearts desires through the power of valor.
