We can first focus on self awareness and learn to truly understand ourselves and our oneness with the universe through meditation. We must also see how we fit in with the rest of the universe especially through nature. Our societal mind set has led us away from conservation of the natural world which makes it hard to recognize the affects it has. By first knowing ourselves, we can then come together to innovate change and educate others to do the same.
