we need to engage the grandmothers - the heart of each nation - and support them in being heard - we need to have healing- 12 step programs, experiential counselling to help people become hollowbones - they are then ready to engage spiritually with the grandmothers wisdom, language, traditions. Women need to remember how to be in sisterhood. Men need to regain their bundles. At the same time we need to let the youth drive this - they are our ancestors returned to us now. When spirits are lit the shift will happen.
