encourage people to plant food in their gardens and take care of the gardens every day. use solar energy for our power source. use worm farms to dispose of household waste and waste from restaurants in towns supported by local governments. Show respect for people in our neighbourhoods -someone has to start it off - send our neighbours love just send it over not necessarily in words just in the feeling and when speaking, speak respectfully with them. Love ourselves and take very good care of oursleves as well as others.

Look for ways to support each other instead of finding fault and criticizing. Be open to others' views and have more true dialogue. Put yourself in the other's shoes and try to understand how to bridge the gap. At the same time be in touch with and speak your own truth.

- Teach people to embrace different cultures and religious beliefs by educating them so that they may stop fighting them. There can be a "Global Transformational Week" where there are programs held for people to attend all over the world and online where we get to learn about each other.
