We are living in an amazing time of change. Each and every one of us has the power. We create our reality so it is up to us. In every single moment we have the choice, we can choose to live within our ego, feeling, causing and creating pain and suffering. OR, we can live in our heart space and BE LOVE. Did you know that at one point, in the very beginning, shortly after conception, each one of us humans was nothing more and nothing less than our heart! Let us all go back to that and remember our true essence. I had a thought the other day..... just imagine what the world would be like and the wonderful energy that would propel, if every single media release (print, television, radio etc) world wide in every tiny pocket of the globe, for 1 single day, broadcast only the positive, good things that happen in the world. There is so much of this that does happen in every day, everywhere, but very little of it do we hear about. Just imagine the shift that could create....... LOVE, BLESSINGS AND GRATITUDE TO ALL xx

I believe that the truth is the only way forward. By this, I mean that it is important to move on, but not allow past events to be left behind unsolved. "to turn the page, one must fully read and comprehend tha previous one". Therefore, these last 8 years of USA political desasters and events must be revealed. Who was really behind these events?? This truth will give the strenght to move on.
