Listen to the voice of your heart, and use your gut feeling. Stop pumping artifical support into such social schemes, paradigmas ... and industries ... that are clearly not working. Cooperate, not push with elbow, in order to create sustainable !, wholesome, answers to life's needs. Be respectful of pacha mamma and ALL inhabitants, human or not.

1. Meditate - teach it in schools as a non denominational activity 2. Value and monetarily reward non-commercial contributions to society such as literature, making art etc 3. Devise an economic model that is not based on the tenets/expectation of constant growth (for there are lull periods in all natural cycles) and excessive, unsustainable consumption - because this is killing our planet. 4. Say no to war as a means of resolving conflict 5. Start dialogues and stayopenminded to understanding with those who think very differently to us eg Afghanistan
