For me, it is a moral obligation to embrace the truth of the light I know myself to be, and to courageously shine that light for others to see. I do this in the context of mental health therapy, but it can be done in many capacities. The important thing is to not deny the power of our truth, but to embrace it and allow it to uplift others in our field who are also ready to make the shift.
