Evolutionary Leaders Call For Peace
Evolutionary Leaders in our Circle and across the globe are standing for peace and the recognition of our natural state of oneness – where every person and every living being is respected, where no conflict is ever settled with violence, where every child is cherished, and where we live in unity as an interconnected and interdependent whole.
The human race cannot evolve to meet the challenges ahead until we accept the essential oneness of our global family and finally put an end to war.
DR. BRUCE H. LIPTON
"War does not determine who is right, it determines who is left."
On September 11, 2001, before the smoke from the collapsed Twin Towers had even cleared, the world’s leaders came knocking on the White House door. They were seeking George Bush’s support to create a global coalition that once and for all would strive to eliminate planetary terrorism. Unfortunately, Bush declined the invitation so that he could attack Iraq and end a family feud by eliminating Saddam Hussein, who was not even involved in the attack on the twin towers.
The world is currently trying to come to terms with the inhumane atrocities carried out by both sides of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Around the globe, citizens are rallying in a concerted effort to bring an end to the barbaric nature of planetary violence and war in today’s modern world. On the horizon, I see a second opportunity is now arising wherein global civilization is once again coalescing and demanding an end to war.
War, violence, and division only perpetuate a cycle of suffering. We must now begin to emphasize that it is not our differences, but our common humanity that must come to the forefront. Through nurturing compassion and empathy, we will come to recognize the notion that the well-being of one is intrinsically linked to the well-being of all. This is the first step towards healing the world.
In times of crisis, we come together to support one another, regardless of our backgrounds. This ability to unite must extend beyond moments of crisis to become a way of life. It is my fervent hope that we can create a world where differences are celebrated, where conflicts are resolved through dialogue and understanding, and where the power of our shared humanity prevails. The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is a painful reminder of the work that lies ahead, but it is not an insurmountable challenge.
Let us commit to educating ourselves about the complexities of this issue, to supporting peace initiatives, and to spreading the message of unity. By doing so, we can honor our shared humanity and work toward a future where conflicts no longer define our world.
With Peace, Love and Light,
Bruce

Israel-Palestine Conflict: A Crossroad for Humanity
BEN BOWLER
The world has been rocked by recent events in Israel and Gaza. Our hearts are broken with the suffering on every side and our prayers are with the shattered families.
A good friend asked me through the week if we grow despondent that our quest for Peace and global Harmony is so so far from our current reality. The sincere query seemed even more resonant as many of us have so recently experienced the joys of Peace Week 2023 together. My answer was and is this:
History and evolution of humanity is never a straight line, brother. It’s always 2 steps forward 1 step backwards. We must be more resolved than ever to continue the work, more diligently than ever. And yes we must also become more strategic as we go forward together. Prayer and ceremony are powerful but we must combine them with action at all levels. Our spiritual movement for peace and unity is destined for victory.
We gather as a community of peace, our hearts grieving all the needless suffering, violence and tragic loss of life from all “sides” of this sorrowful conflict. Let us come together seeking consolation and hungry for activation, that our shared efforts may indeed prove fruitful now and in eternity.

Like you, I’ve been devastated to hear the news of the continued killings in the Middle East. It is incredibly painful to hear of the deaths and harm to Israelis and Palestinians alike, to witness the hatred perpetuated by terrorist groups all over the world. This horrible violence, caused by persistent ignorance and a false sense of separation, continues to plague humanity and our planet.
Our hearts go out to all who are directly affected by these killings and violence. And it leaves me to wonder, what can be done to help mitigate the suffering once it has been caused? What is the role of energy healing practices in healing trauma?
I received some answers this week when we had the privilege of interviewing several veterans in Kansas City for CHI’s Energy that Heals documentary. These veterans had been receiving energy healings as part of their care in the Whole Health program at the Kansas City VA (yes, Kansas is helping lead us into the future of medicine)!
Ted’s story particularly stands out to me in these times. A Caucasian-American Gulf War veteran, he shared the story of how when he was taken into a room and shown piles of Iraqi bodies, with faces blown off – as if it were some sort of war prize to celebrate. Ted felt immediately sick and rushed out of the room, leaving soldiers laughing in his wake. He felt haunted by those Iraqi bodies, relating one of them to a dark-skinned friend of his, as if this person could have been his friend also.
He gave that Iraqi war victim a name (Ahmed), though he didn’t know his real name. He wondered what Ahmed’s family would do, and what Ahmed would have done with his life had he not been killed. In short, Ted related to that dead body as if it was a friend of his, instead of an enemy.
And, he suffered immense PTSD from this and other experiences.
Please read the full blog HERE to learn how energy healing allowed Ted to not simply exist, but to live a full life.

All the talking, praying, dancing and ceremonies are great but let’s remember that Justice is Essential to the existence of enduring peace. If you see an injustice and fall to address it, confront it and rectify it, you have unwittingly joined sides with the oppressor. That’s why racism continues to thrive in the West, even in humanitarian organizations. So, go get justice for everyone and you will see peaceful Fruits.
No justice! no peace!
Know Justice. Know Peace.

"How do we explain a world that seems to have exploded in violence, war, and populist hatred of “the other,” particularly when the other is part of a flood of refugees and immigrants fleeing intolerable conditions at home? Before settling on an answer, consider a notion that runs through the world’s spiritual traditions: The source of violence “out there” in the world lies “in here” with ourselves. [...]
"...look at the world on fire. Wars break out almost always where festering anger and hostility aren’t addressed, where people are subjected to intense daily stress (for example, one commentator called Gaza “hell on earth”). All of this is exacerbated by poverty and unemployment. The violence that boils over had a pre-existing condition in the form of chronic inflammation, defining that term holistically. [...]"

In times such as this, with devastating scenes of war in the headlines, polarized politics, and signs of ecological breakdown everywhere we turn, it can be easy to become numb, pessimistic, or even hopeless.
And yet, that is exactly what keeps us cycling in the patterns of the past.
Each of us has within us the power to lift our vision, raise our aspirations, and focus on solutions to move us forward.
The truth is that we have overcome darker moments in humanity’s history, and many of the deeper trendlines are towards a brighter future. Although we’re wired to pay extra attention to the negative, which had survival value in ancient times, we can choose to deactivate that programming and focus our attention on the positives.
As a practice, I encourage each of us to put more of our attention on what is birthing, evolving, and blossoming in the world as an antidote to the downward pull of negative news. What we focus on flourishes, and we need more stories of hope, peace, and possibilities.
Just this week, I received an exciting announcement from my friend Eleanor LeCain, who has activated a Solutions Summit that will be broadcast from the U.S. House of Representatives and showcase inspiring solutions that transcend party lines. In a time of political gridlock, this is a truly promising offering that includes Governors, Representatives, and more.
It’s all free and you can sign up for Zoom sessions on Climate (11/6), Economic Security (11/9), Health (11/14), and Democracy (11/16) here: SolutionsSummit2023.com.
With a heavy heart over the brutal war in the Holy Land, I published an article on “The Spiritual Foundation for Future Peace in the Holy Land.” I’ve been discussing ideas with allies such as a Holy Land Pledge in which we commit to watching stories of healing, reconciliation, and mutual understanding from both sides. Abrahamic Reunion, a wonderful peacebuilding group, has been conducting daily vigils that you can access here.
This week, I had a discussion about what future vision for Gaza could emerge from the devastation. My peacebuilding friends at the Euphrates Institute said that one Gaza businessman they know is holding the vision for the kind of success we’ve seen in Dubai to arise out of the destruction in Gaza. I love the boldness. What if there were a Gaza Vision 2050 unifying vision for how it could become a showcase for sustainability, peace, and prosperity, inspiring donors and governments to work together towards a positive vision? While such a vision might not have traction in the throes of war, planting seeds towards the redemptive long-term possibility can sometimes help mitigate the destruction of the moment.
Positive visions have power in them because they speak to the deepest level of our souls. They call forth the reason we incarnated, which is to make this planet a better place than when we arrived. Each of us has a unique mission and contribution to that larger Shift.
Yes, it can be horrifying to bear witness to the dysfunction, darkness, and destruction that has been part of this long phase of human existence. Yet, in my heart, I know that is not the future we are here to create.
When I meditate on higher guidance now, what comes is that humanity is in a cycle of outworking deep patterns of karma that have been in the shadows for millennia. In order to move beyond these patterns, we sometimes have to see them in vivid and ugly detail so that we are clear in our choice to never enact them again.
May the horrors plant seeds for an everlasting peace built upon mutual respect. The source of most violence is rooted in not seeing ourselves as one human family. When we identify with only our own needs or our own tribe or our own religion and begin to dehumanize the other, we sow the seeds for the misunderstandings and misdeeds that turn into violence, polarization, and war.
So how might you sow seeds of peace by extending your sense of one human family now? How might you build a bridge towards a peaceful, sustainable, and prosperous future that includes everyone?
Yes, we need to give space for the grief, the pain, and the challenge… but then where do we put our attention?
Each of us has the power to create new possibilities. Let’s use this difficult time to plant our seeds and patiently water them for when the world is ready. I encourage you to join the Solutions Summit, reach across divides, and share visions for how these current tragedies can be a triumph of the human spirit.

During precarious times when so many violent conflicts are raging across the globe we can feel powerless but we must remember that there are many things we can do to cultivate peace.
Cultivating peace is both an Inner and Outward Process. One must consciously choose peace in one’s day to day life especially through our thoughts, words and actions as they affect those around us and can have a ripple affect that can be either positive or negative.
We know how hurtful comments can stay in our memories for years. So can positive affirming comments. Choosing peace means making day to day, moment by moment positive choices that will uplift and inspire others. These choices will help us to live in harmony with ourselves, others, and the sentient beings around us.
There are many ways we can cultivate inner peace. We can do so through:
-Maintaining a positive mindset
-Meditation and spiritual practice
-Building peaceful connections with others and nature
-Visualizing the conflict ridden area and seeing a peaceful resolution taking place. Then imagine what that peace would feel like. This will send that vibration out into the field.
-Come together with others to do a group intention experiment. You can learn about Lynne McTaggart’s work on this and get instructions on how to do one with friends or in your community.
-Spend quality time with people that don’t hold the same views as you. Listen deeply and consider the viewpoints of others with open-mindedness and respond peacefully when sharing your thoughts. In spite of religious, political and cultural differences we can respect each other and recognize our Oneness.
Every sentient being should be respected and held with reverence as we are all divine souls. Every being should enjoy the benefits of inner peace and outer security. The 1984 UNGA Declaration on the Rights of Peoples to Peace recognizes that peoples have “a sacred right to peace”. This right concerns international peace” based on UN Charter principles of non-use of force among States and peaceful settlement of international disputes.
Let us advocate for peace as a basic human right so that everyone can live in loving and secure world.
CHIEF DWAINE C. PERRY
When we the Two Legged first Spawned upon the Earth there was but Love, Light and the Sacredness of Unity. Let us now lift each other to know: it is but the Unity which allows us to dwell in Love and Light, for without which we perish in the darkness of Me, clutching the ego of I, The I of self destruction.
May we all now act in a concerted effort of kindness that Unity may Once again Reign, returning the Love and the Light...

When will our world move from Dominance Consciousness and Dominance Cultures to Partnership Consciousness and Partnership Cultures? That is the key right now in world history -- and it's a tall order. When Dominance Hierarchies collide, as is the case now in the Mideast, everything else-- civilians, understanding history, or even moral high grounds are just crushed into collateral damage. So our work as evolutionary leaders is so important. As as evolutionary biologist I often wonder if there is a species somewhere in the universe not so anchored in conflict as that which has arisen from Primates. Definitely our paradigm shift is also our survival imperative.

CHIEF PHIL LANE, JR.
In the grand tapestry of human existence, the theme of unity has surfaced repeatedly as an aspirational goal. Yet, this aspiration takes on a newfound urgency in our modern era. As we navigate the complexities of global challenges—pandemics, climate change, or social inequality—the traditional paradigms of isolated, nationalistic governance are increasingly proving inadequate. In this interconnected world, realizing we are one Human Family becomes more than a utopian dream–it becomes a practical necessity. Therefore, unity in the political realm emerges not merely as an ideal to strive for but as an imperative for the survival and thriving of humankind.

Peace on Earth by 2030 Principles
Peace on Earth requires the transformation of people's hearts and minds.
Peace on Earth emerges from people and communities and then political leaders follow. Not the other way around.
Peace on Earth is a learned competency of seven unitive practices that can be cultivated by individuals.
The Peace on Earth Game (The Game) teaches these seven unitive practices in a playful way and in a community setting to establish them as new social norms.
Peace on Earth starts with the individual but comes to fruition when people in a community practice these enlightened ways of relating to one another. At this point the community becomes a Peace on Earth Zone.
As each community experiences the well being of its residents and the community-at-large from a Peace on Earth Zone, other communities are naturally attracted to these benefits. Diffusion of Peace on Earth Zones occurs organically and effortlessly.
Peace on Earth is inevitable when enough people and communities experience the individual and community well being offered by The Game and Peace on Earth Zones. We have the power to create Peace on Earth by 2030!

This moment in history is a house of cardboard that needs architectural concerns for all systems within our collective human family’s to redesign for unifying. If now is the time then as pioneering the evolving phase of new earth rising in peace then what are we to do? How do we go out into the world as a strong expression of love? How do we cocreate circles of dialogue and compassion? Could we highlight the many people dedicated for years to peace in this region [Israel/Palestine]? Do we dare to step out of our narrow arena and step into the world holding a perspective?
I would follow a group effort as we have amazing soul strength. I am sending a prayer that after identifying with the pain came to this conclusion. I am deliberating how do we use our lives meaningfully in service to our home, EARTH. Ukraine and Israel hold keys to our future for ALL our children.
With sincere deep exploring of the acceptance and relevance of differences as wishing to know how to bridge the tattered situation into whole. Do we explode into scattered pieces or weave us into a fabric of interconnected essence ?

I propose a novel adventure that we engage to expand and evolve ourselves into the 21st century. After some 300,000 years as a species, and in at least the last several thousand years, so much violence and war, are we not ready for a new adventure, the one of creating a culture of sustained peace?
We would break the addiction cycle of stress and cortisol running through our blood and instead create a fine sense of inner peace, which would naturally and organically give rise to a culture of peace.
In this unified, holistic state, feeling interconnected with all life, peace and joy simply naturally flow. I believe that this is humanity’s next evolutionary adventure and frontier.

The current ongoing tragic conflicts greatly impact the future of the Holy Land and the world. Reconciliation among all peoples involved must be foremost in the minds and hearts of all - for the good of the land, the good of the people, and the good of the whole world. Rather than furthering retaliation, of paramount importance needs to be reclaiming, preserving, and strengthening unity within and across all communities. We are all as closely related as 50th cousins. Unity is the only way to peace.

Let these words echo: 'Be ashamed to die before you've won a victory for humanity.'
Martin Luther King Jr.'s profound insight, shared by Rev. Julie Moret PhD in our recent interview, resonates deeply today.
Amidst global turmoil, as violence grips our world, we must ask ourselves: how can we secure a triumph for humanity right now?
It might begin with a small act of kindness in the face of despair or a significant gesture of unprecedented giving.
Let your victory for humanity count today.

On Grief, Tragedy and Peace
We're in it, aren't we.
In the middle of one of the most horrific, hurtful, dangerous, and tragic times in the history of humanity.
We're trying to live through it.
We're trying to find compassion for ALL those who have suffered and will suffer.
Our equanimity is straining.
Our balance and empathy are at the breaking point.
The desire to blame, to give voice to our cruelest thoughts, is everywhere.
Revenge is in the air and on the ground but its smell is toxic and life-destroying.
The violent storms of human suffering won't go away any time soon and they affect all of us, even if we stop scrolling or checking news sites.
This offering, after days of my own sobbing prayer and fragile meditation, is to ask us to find moments of time -- please try to do this -- to find a moment of peace in ourselves. And then another and another.
This is not a request to put our heads in the sand and numb out on our quaint spirituality.
No.
This is a sincere request -- for our own well-being and in service to those whose suffering is unimaginable -- to find a moment of gratitude for something, for anything in our lives.
A lunch break spent praying to whoever or whatever you want to.
A walk in Nature to breathe in its life, its energy, its calm.
More quiet time and rest time than your mind would normally allow you to take.
We have to go deep right now, to find the inner resources in our heart to grow in the midst of devastation.
We're all in this together, even in this moment of existential polarization. [...]

I would like to share a song I wrote in 2019 that feels relevant for this moment.
Who is we? (Hu is we) feat. Tazeen Ayub
This song is based on Tazeen's revelation that Hu in Arabic means divine essence. It is a reminder of our interconnectedness and ultimately a proclamation of faith that we will all remember who we are.
Here are the lyrics:

Give Love A Chance
Deep down, we all want to be treated with respect, to feel cared for and appreciated. None of us wants to feel criticized, rejected, or manipulated. To reduce it to its simplest terms, we each want to feel loved. I don’t mean loved in a romantic sense, or some outpouring of emotion; but simple caring. This is the universal bottom line of every human relationship. We want to feel cared for.
If we ourselves want to be treated this way, we should do the same for others. But, if we aren’t careful, we easily end up doing the exact opposite. Instead of trying to ensure someone feels cared for and appreciated, we can unwittingly descend into a vicious circle of recrimination and attack.
A sad game is played out in which each person is effectively saying to the other: “You’re not treating me as I would like. Therefore, I’m going withhold some love, or get at you in some way, so that you realize the error of your ways, and treat me better.”
It’s a lose-lose game. Little wonder many relationships—personal, social, and professional—find themselves on rocky ground
The vicious circle can be broken when we remember that, just as we want to feel loved and appreciated, so do they. Our intention then becomes: How can I communicate so they don’t feel attacked or rejected; but cared for and respected? When two people share this intention, everything changes. A deeper quality of love imbues the relationship.
What is true for personal relationships is true for international relations. If we attack the other—whether physically, psychologically, or verbally—they will very likely attack back in some way. Once again leading to vicious spirals, whose tragic consequences are, painfully, all too plain to see. What if—and I know it’s a very tall order given the entrenched hostility between some nations—but what if we gave the other what they really want? If our intent was to help them feel safe and respected? If we treated them with kindness and compassion? It would almost certainly soften their responses. And if the other party had the same intent, we’d be on a path to peace.

Reboot the Future
I have believed my whole life that ultimately good overcomes evil. But this belief is sorely tested right now. By evil I mean greed, aggression, control, abuse, violence, selfishness – in short hate. By good I mean cooperation, kindness, empathy, compassion, generosity, respect, dignity – in short love.
Though we are increasingly challenged to be optimistic and hopeful, in the end, we have no choice. We, as Evolutionary Leaders, promise to hold hands, not just with each other, but with all those in our spheres of influence. We also promise to be channels of infinite love, sending out ripples of that love to the farthest reaches of the globe. We believe that those stuck in hate will feel love’s warmth, and then will also become channels of love.
A change of heart is truly possible.

It is up to us through our concentrated Light Power of Love and Compassion to radiate Prayers for Peace into the consciousness fields of all dimensions and into the minds of those who do not know the Light, as we work together to bring a renewed Culture Peace to our World.
Prayers for the Middle East 2023
The only true way to bring about an end to war is through a shift in consciousness, from that of separation and division to one of fellowship with a higher understanding and compassion for all. Now, in the midst of conflict, the best way for each of you who are reading this message to apply your gifts, is to use your paraphysical and spiritual powers to see humanity as One, as in the Overview Effect, the cognitive shift experienced by many astronauts like Edgar Mitchell, as they looked back at our planet from space. Until we can see how small this world truly is, and see each other as Sparks of the Divine, as Light projections into this world, we will remain blind to who we truly are.
We believe we are nearing the time of a global spiritual awakening and much of the conflict we see is the resistance to that change. So, regardless of where you may be, let each of us be in prayer to help all people caught up in war, but especially the innocent children in the Holy Land, from Sinai to the Golan. We have just returned from Egypt where we prayed at many of the ancient temples including the open sarcophagus in the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid, and we felt the unity of the ancient past connecting to our present and future lives. It is up to us through our concentrated Light Power of Love and Compassion to radiate that energy into the consciousness fields of all dimensions and also into the minds of those who do not know the Light.
The seriousness of the situation in the Middle East should awaken the world to more prayer–and special prayers for Divine Intervention. Now is the time to call on the Divine Forces as this is what we best can do to help the peoples of the Middle East! And so, let us pray:
Come Holy Spirit in Your Shekinah Glory‒help bring peace to all that suffer.
Come, all Divine Servants of Peace in the Names of the Prince of Peace, as we use the words of:
Sanctus, Shanti, Shekinah (12x)
(Holy, Peace, Presence)
May Peace be with us all.

Seeing the World Through Loving Eyes
The peace that you wish to experience in your life begins with you. Make a conscious effort to see through the eyes of others. Instead of judging them, try to fully understand what they are going through and why they do certain things. While it may seem that the main purpose of seeing through the eyes of others is to please everyone else, it really is to obtain peace within yourself.
Remember to tell your loved ones how much they mean to you, and how your life is better because of them. They may not know how you feel, and you will have made their day.
Forgive those who may have hurt you. Even if you don’t want to do it for them, then do it for yourself. As the saying goes, “It’s not the snake bite that kills you. It’s the venom that’s left behind!”
Ask forgiveness from those you may have offended. Tell them why you did what you did and that you never meant to harm them. Take responsibility for your actions.
Remember to treat yourself with the respect that you deserve too – because you are just as important as everyone else. Stand up for yourself, and don’t depend on someone else to do it for you. As soon as you get up in the morning, ask how you can create the perfect day for yourself. Then follow up with whatever needs to be done to make that happen.
Life is full of distractions that may shift your attention to what you don’t want instead of what you do want. It is during the most difficult times that you must try to stay focused on your peaceful intentions. You may have to force yourself to see and feel beyond what is going on outside of yourself in order to feel the serenity within.
By trying to see everything through loving eyes, your whole life will change for the better. You are the only one who can break away from bad thoughts and see the bright side of every situation. Remember, the key is to focus more about what you do want, which is love and peace, instead of what you don’t want, which is unhappiness and fear.
It will not always be easy, and at times you may feel that you won’t be able to continue to be kind and serene. However, if your intention is pure, you should eventually figure out how to obtain peace in every situation.
You really can make a difference in your life and in the lives of others simply by viewing everything from this higher perspective. When you remember to love yourself and others unconditionally, you will be vibrating at a much higher level. It is at this point that you will be able to create peace in your life and in the world around you. This will also begin the ripple effect that could actually make the whole world a better place! And how wonderful is that?
Many blessings to you!
My book We Consciousness is all about peace. I especially recommend Chapter 2 or the Peace Prayers at the end.

We can raise our voicesagainst this madness. We can rededicate ourselvesto weaving the fabric of a newcommunity of compassionate actiona seamless garment of love and justicefor all our Earth community. We can, but will we?Ask the innocent deadwhose cries rise like smokeinto the weeping skies.JEANNE WHITE EAGLE AND JOHN PEHRSON

In our prayers for peace, we call for a Unitive Age where we come together and heal as one human family. United through our hearts, hands, and minds, we bring the two sides together in the circle of unity to embrace our common humanity. Duality-based thinking demands that we choose a side, yet we are collectively moving beyond that way of thinking now and holding in our hearts all of the innocent children, men, and women who are suffering and dying in this conflict. It is only when we cease to generalize entire groups of people in a negative light that we can see the light of each individual person and how to best support them in embodying the practices of peace that we all must undertake at this time.
We are also called to use our time constructively on what can really make a meaningful impact in resolving this conflict. Whether it is through educating people on the history of the Middle East, funding humanitarian relief efforts, or spreading peace over polarization in how we speak about this conflict, we must do all we can to end it in the spirit of compassion, discernment, and unity.
Praying together: "Two peoples, one land,Three faiths, one root,One earth, one mother,One sky, one beginning, one future, one destiny,One broken heart,One God.We pray to You:Grant us a vision of unity.May we see the many in the one and the one in the many.May you, Life of All the Worlds,Source of All Amazing DifferencesHelp us to see clearly.Guide us gently and firmly toward each other,Toward peace. Amen." -- S.W.You can learn more about how we are uniting in solidarity to face the greatest challenges of our time together at UnitiveAge.com.

We are witnessing a painful and difficult to process moment in our global experience. We are also met with an opportunity to respond differently than we have in the past. Current events are always posing an opportunity for deeper inquiry and evolution if we bring a new mind, heart, and consciousness to the table. Perhaps that reminder can be a guiding force in how we continue to discuss and process these events moving forward. Perhaps we can open to the possibility of focusing our attention what it might look like to end cycles of trauma and conflict.
As a trauma and nervous system coach, I recognize this is not an easy ask, but it’s what I truly see as a way forward. If we treat others with pain we will beget more pain. It’s a cycle. We cannot get to peace from war, there is always blowback, even if it takes a decade to show up.
Many of the voices on this page have offered words and resources to help hold this new approach and perspective. I will offer a couple of links below as well, but perhaps we can consider what resistance we might feel to not responding via a call for revenge, violence, or taking sides, but instead sensing into how a healed and connected humanity may respond. Perhaps we can embody that feeling in this moment, even if it may not yet be widespread in our collective.

A New Worldview Is Emerging That Can Change Our Perspective On Reality

Our cosmic brothers and sisters have shared with us through a great many people around the world that our world is facing challenges and changes. Mother Earth and the Cosmos is shifting as well as us human beings are going through a rapid changes electromagnetically. We have the capacity to ride through these times and evolve ourselves as love in our hearts for our own selves and that for our fellow human being is truly the answer.
Where there is separation, please find love.
Where there is discord within ourselves, please find harmony.
Where there is negative projection, please find neutrality.
Our connection to the natural world is a key access point. Connecting to Earth’s elementals is part of our primordial life force and this can continually serve as a reminder and grounding for the days to come.
We can get through these times, and we must change our ways, now is the time.

"What if we focused on being differently now? What if we re-perceived who we are and identified more with life as a planetary process of interbeing? What if we aimed for being in right relationship to self, community and life? What if we focused on our individual and collective potential of being and becoming healing and nurturing expressions of place? What if we dropped the dysfunctional habit of trying to solve abstract global problems and scaling-up solutions? What if we focused instead on our potential to create conditions conducive to life in co-evolving mutuality with the places and communities that are the ground of our being?"

I am a very proud member of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle and my Call For Peace now is an invitation to all of us to remember who we are as co-creators, as beings of light – to stand in that and to stay away from anger about what's happening now in the Middle East or fear or righteousness.
Instead, we need to go to a meditative space within ourselves and then to send that light over to the Middle East, because there are no victims and no perpetrators. We are all on this planet just to learn how to love.

The most profound wrongdoing on our beautiful Earth is the "suppression of potential," a continuous occurrence in nearly every moment.
As a species, we could already be traversing the galaxies. Imagine the possibilities if we all embraced and nurtured each other's potential.
War, an illusion born of division, stands as one of the final consequences of this fragmented mindset. To bridge this significant divide, I suggest a simple exercise:
Rather than labeling ourselves as "human beings," a term tied to the realm of the mind, let us refer to our species as "being human."
When spoken aloud, you'll instantly sense the shift from the mind to the heart. Within the heart, all becomes clear – no confusion, no separation.
It is also where compassion and faith for our so-called "enemies" reside.
May compassion and peace prevail. The resolution to all external problems lies within, within our hearts.

"Drinking a Cup of Tea, I End the War" (reprinted from medium.com)
At the time of the Korean War, American Zen Buddhist and poet Paul Reps tried to enter Korea to visit a respected Zen master. He went to the consulate to apply for his visa and was politely informed that his application was denied because of the conflict that had just broken out. Reps walked out of the consulate and sat quietly in the adjacent park. He reached into his pocket, took out his thermos flask, and poured himself a cup of tea. When he finished the tea, he took a brush and paper and wrote a picture poem on it. The official read the poem, and it brought tears to his eyes. He smiled, bowed respectfully, and stamped Reps’ passport for entry into Korea. Reps’ haiku read: “By drinking a cup of tea, I end the war.”
In a hologram, a reality networked through all dimensions, where the most minor, peaceful gesture, like drinking a cup of tea, can have a colossal effect, we are aware that each of us is part of fractal, cosmic networks. One of my spiritual teachers from the non-dual Advaita tradition taught me: “We are the soup, walking in the soup.” We are condensed vibrational beings moving through a sea of vibrations. Beyond the dual solid body that our consciousness has chosen for this human journey, we are energy beings who can not only travel to other dimensions in our dreams but always have the option to raise our vibration so that we can willingly leave the body and come back again.
In the official media, we only hear shrill sounds. If we can feel deeper into the invisible currents of existence, we realize that — even if we experience ourselves as separate from the outer world of appearances — this separation is an illusion. That’s why I love this story by Paul Reps. The Korean official understood the symbolic meaning immediately. Awareness of the interdependence of all life was still an Asian spiritual heritage, at least in the 1950s, and it is just now making its way to the surface of the collective consciousness.
If consciousness is primary, then the earth is not our real home, then the next step in human evolution is to become aware of the fundamental interconnectedness of existence, including physical existence. Each of us contributes to the course of events with our thoughts and actions. Each of us has the task of finding and cultivating the most peaceful place within ourselves. Those who find this peace within themselves, even if they only drink a cup of tea in peace, put an end to part of the daily war. That seems to be the most crucial task in these inflamed times.
When we come into contact with the level of consciousness in which “space” is central and no longer time, i.e., when we are freed from linear time, the energetic space of existence unfolds within us. In the second step, we become this space. You merge with the consciousness of this expanded dimension because you have become empty. You have left your earthly baggage, your programming behind you. You experience pure consciousness when you are no longer “contaminated” or “occupied” by society's programs, your ancestors, or previous incarnations. The next step is to act and communicate from this intimate connection with you as a consciousness-space being. Here, duality is already primarily eliminated. You are still “surfing” in your earthly existence as a human being, but the information that shapes your actions and speech comes from an expanded space of consciousness.
Once you have tasted the fragrance and the immense dimension of the holographic spaces, earthly pleasures are merely copies of the feelings of happiness and amazement you experience in these expanded spaces. You get an incomparable taste of feeling boundlessly “one” with them. To be one with these holographic vibrational systems is to experience deep waves of spiritual joy, unconditional love, or pure well-being. The inner dialog has faded into the background; it no longer drives you because your higher vibrating, holographic fundamental vibration generates continuous well-being. You no longer have to do anything to feel good. When you feel at ease with yourself in silence, you know that you have arrived at the most original vibrational essence of your being. Moreover, this new connection gives you unlimited access to the cosmic database.
Our worldly internet is an artificial precursor to this expanded state of consciousness, which we usually attribute to the soul or the Higher Self. The more you experience this holographic state of consciousness, called samadhi in Buddhism, the more your priorities change. The inner state of drinking tea or whatever you do takes on greater significance. This is where the end of the war within yourself begins, and this state automatically flows into the collective hologram and changes the vibration in the matrix.

Peace is not just some abstract notion that you and I wish for. Peace is what you and I create.
Over the past month, I have had so many emotions, including deep grief, anger, sadness, helplessness and overwhelm. I don’t know how to stop all the chaos that is unfolding in our world. I do not want to be oblivious to the suffering stemming from the thirty-two ongoing conflicts in the world right now, ranging from drug wars, terrorist campaigns, ethnic, religious, and civil wars. I do know that, for me to create peace and love after the race related murder of my father, I had to feel all the feelings - name it, claim it, and tame it. It wasn’t easy as a teenager and adult to address the conflicts, sadness, and terror inside of me. If I had denied my feelings, I would consciously and unconsciously be reactive, triggered by the violence that was happening around me. This approach would not be helpful to me nor to all around me.
I do know that, in order to create peace, an act of love, it is essential that I feel the emotions, staying present, recognizing the wars that are happening outside of me are also happening inside of me, inside of probably all of us. For us to create a new reality, a new future of peace, we must feel it all. As my Elders say, the suffering of one is the suffering of all, the love and care of one is the love and care of all in this Hoop of Life.
“An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight, and it is between two wolves. One is evil – he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.”
He continued, “The other is good – he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you – and inside every other person, too.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”
The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”
Whether or not it’s your first time hearing this story, it serves as an important reminder of the power we have over our experiences and emotions.
Let us find the courage and the power we have over our experiences and emotions to feel our feelings individually and collectively, so that we can take personal responsibility and make the choice to create Peace. Our Mother Earth, our ancestors and relatives (human, other beings, species and elements) are here, supporting us in every moment, in every breath.
