Amy began her career as an open-heart nurse, along with a degree in public health policy and a background in health and wellness. She developed a passion for team collaboration and personal development, which provided her the opportunity to help open a multi-specialty surgery center that became one of the largest in Indiana and repeatedly ranked #1 in the state.
In 2017, Amy experienced a profound awakening during her first meditation, revealing the invisible interconnectedness and energetic nature of everything around her. In 2018, she felt a strong calling to integrate consciousness into business to effect global change from within the workplace. Shortly after, she partnered with Amanda Sanders to establish Authentic CEO, collaborating with entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and top performers to enhance their businesses, investments, relationships, and overall well-being. Their innovative approach reveals and maximizes the potential of leaders and teams, resulting in remarkable impact and over $1 billion in value generated since 2020.
